The Liberian Vice President, Jewel Taylor, APC Vice Presidential candidate, Senator Kashim Shettima, wife of the APC Presidential candidate, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, and Hajiya Nana Shettima have paid condolence visit to the FCT Minister of State over the demise of her mother Hajiya Zainab Sidi Ali.
Special Adviser Media To FCT Minister of State Austine Elemue in a statement issued in Abuja on Wednesday said at the residence of the minister, the Liberia Vice President, Taylor prayed for peace to be restored in the heart of the bereaved family especially the FCT Minister of State.
“May peace be in your heart because your mother is in a better place,” she prayed.
On his part, the All Progressives Congress vice presidential candidate, Senator Kashim Shettima, who led a delegation from the Tinubu’s camp described the minister as true amazon of the party, just as he extolled the virtues of the Late Hajiya Zainab Sidi Ali.
Shettima, who spoke on behalf of Senator Ahmed Tinubu, encouraged Aliyu, to take solace in the legacies laid down by her late mother.
He prayed that Allah grants her soul external rest and the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss, while stating that the presidential candidate would personally visit the family on his return from London.
According to him, “Insha Allah, when he comes back from London, we’ll pay another visit but right here we came with Her Excellency Senator Oluremi Tinubu, the incoming First Lady Insha Allah, and others.
“We condole you on behalf of Ashiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinibu. He said we should convey his personal regards and condolences.
He also acknowledged the contributions of Aliyu, towards the successes so far recorded by the party, adding that the presidential candidate “knew the role you played and he truly appreciated the role you played at the convention of the party and after the convention.
“As rightly said by many, you are truly an Amazon. We truly appreciate all your efforts and want to thank Aminu Tijani for providing the cover for all his support,” he stressed.
