    Jigawa State gets Immunization Performance Recognition Award

    ***Emerges best state in COVID-19 vaccination in the north west zone

    The National Primary Health Care Development Agency has declared Jigawa State as the best performing state in COVID-19 vaccination in the north west zone of the country
    To this end the Agency said it
    will present Immunization Performance Recognition Award to the state in Abuja soon.
    This was contained in a congratulatory letter sent to the Jigawa State Governor Muhammad Badaru Abubakar from the National Primary Health Care Development Agency which was signed by the Executive Secretary of the Agency Dr. Faisal Shuaib.
    The award according to the statement is in appreciation of the outstanding performance of the State in the provision of primary health care.
    The agency according to the letter acknowledged the commitment and support of the Jigawa State Government under the administration of Governor Badaru towards improving the performance of Routine Immunization and other primary health care services in the State.
