The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has introduced a new system allowing candidates seeking admission into Nigerian tertiary institutions to upload and verify their O’Level results from home. Under the new arrangement, candidates will no longer have to visit Computer-Based Test (CBT) centres solely to upload their Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) results. Seven people have been killed and seven others injured in a road crash along the Bida-Kutigi road in Niger State. The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) confirmed the crash, which occurred on Sunday afternoon at Shebe village, a few kilometres from Kutigi. Niger Sector Commander, Corps Commander Aishatu Sa’adu, said the crash involved a Mazda vehicle and a Siena bus travelling along the route. According to her, 18 people were involved in the crash.
