The Executive Chairman of Bwari Area Council, Hon. (Dr) John Gabaya, has sent a message of congratulations to Hon. Musa Dikko on his recent appointment as the Commissioner of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Public Complaints Commission (PCC).
Dikko’s appointment, announced alongside 37 other commissioners representing the 36 states and the FCT, has been described by Dr. Gabaya as both fitting and promising.

Hon. Musa Dikko, who previously served as the Executive Chairman of Bwari Area Council from 2016 to 2019, has been recognized for his extensive experience in public service.
A statement issued on sunday by his Chief Press Secretary Agada Ernest Godwin (JP), quoted him to have expressed his gratitude to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for selecting Dikko for the significant role.
He emphasized that his background and expertise makes him well-suited to advance the agenda of the current administration.

Dr. Gabaya noted that Dikko’s experience as a civil servant and his tenure as the head of Bwari Area Council have equipped him with the necessary skills to lead the PCC effectively.
He expressed confidence that Dikko’s leadership will contribute positively to the Commission’s mandate, especially at a time when fair hearing and justice are crucial to national development.

“On behalf of the government and the people of Bwari Area Council, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to Hon. Musa Dikko. We believe that his leadership will bring about significant improvements within the PCC,” Dr. Gabaya stated.

He also called for Dikko’s wisdom and good judgment in his new role and expressed hope that his tenure would leave an indelible mark on the institution.
