Former National Chairman of the Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC), Peter Ojonugwa Ameh, has paid glowing tribute to former Anambra State Governor and Labour Party’s 2023 presidential candidate, Peter Obi, on his 65th birthday, describing him as a rare model of integrity, accountable leadership and hope for millions of Nigerians.
