A youth group under the aegis of Progressive Youth for Greater Nasarawa, aligned with former IGP Mohammed Adamu, has commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his strides in education and support to states through increased federal allocations.
Speaking at a press briefing in Lafia ahead of President Tinubu’s June 25 visit to Nasarawa State, group spokesperson Dr. Mohammad Shamsudeen praised the President’s Renewed Hope Agenda, citing the students loan scheme and youth-focused initiatives as transformative.
The group also lauded Governor Abdullahi Sule for delivering critical infrastructure across the state, many of which the President is expected to commission during his visit.
Secretary of the group, Dr. Joseph Bala Ari, noted that Tinubu’s support has been instrumental to Sule’s success, urging citizens to back both leaders.
He also called on politicians to shun divisive politics and focus on development.
