The standard bearer of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi has indicated that the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu is being deceived by supporters who know he is not healthy

Obi said that those supporting the APC Presidential Candidate are only interested in having their share of his money.
The LP candidate’s comments which trended in a viral video asked rhetorrically how Tinubu came about his wealth.

“Somebody said to me that this candidate fought Abacha regime to stand still. That he even lost everything. I said, but he has two planes now. Where is his company?”

“Once he comes here and gives you money, you will say Jagaban is the best candidate even when the man is not well. That’s the problem of the country.

“My brother, we are in a crisis. That’s why I’m pleading to all of us. Let us go and take back our country and run it like any other country where the leader is responsible to the people.

“The people can question the rascality and the behaviour of their leader. Bad behaviour has become a measure of success in our system.”

The LP Candidate also asked an associate to read out a WhatsApp message allegedly from Tinubu’s group where Yoruba people were told to vote wisely as a vote for Obi would mean functional seaport in the South South and South East.

‘’Yoruba shine your eyes ohh. if you vote for Peter Obi, it is automatically voting for sea port in South South and South East. Then the Igbo’s will stop coming to Lagos State to invest, rather they will go to Delta and Rivers States. They may even stop building houses in Lagos, it will affect a lot of Yorubas. This is your president!!” Obi exclaimed In his response.

“He is not seeing the value of …and you will support him …sorry I’m not using it against you; when he comes here now and gives you money you will say Jagaban is the best candidate..,
