    Natasha wins Kogi Central Senatorial ticket for PDP

    Former Governorship Candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) for Kogi State, Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan has emerged candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party for Kogi Central Senatorial district after defeating her distant rival Mamud Attah by 159 votes to 13 votes.
    Natasha defeated Mamud Attah, Salau Ogembe and other contestants to pick the PDP ticket.
    Reacting immediately after she was declared winner, she extended the olive branch to her co- contestants, urging them to join hands with her to win the general election.
    She commended the peaceful conduct of the Primaries, promising to continue with her good work if elected at the general election.

    “Kogi Central Senatorial District is our home and we must join hands to ensure that we build it up to a better place for all of us to dwell.

    “I urge you all to join hands with me in the struggle to give our party, the PDP the desired victory at the 2023 general elections,’’ she pleaded
