A new Nigeria is achievable with collective effort, says Adebayo

Barrister Adewole Adebayo a member of International Bar Association, IBA, who is aspiring to contest for the 2023 presidential election on the platform of Mega Party Movement, MPM, a political force being put together by the leaders of National Consultative Front, NCFron has said a new Nigeria is possible with collective effort.

Prince Adewole stated this in Abuja during a condolence visit to former governor of Anambra state chief Chukwuemka Ezeife who lost his wife Mrs Njideka Ezeife recently.
According to him, Nigeria is blessed with both human and natural resources, however leadership has been the bane of the counter
He said untill this error is corrected Nigeria will not move forward in physical development.

While responding, Chukwuemeka Ezeife, expressed the optimism that the current challenges confronting Nigeria would not lead to its disintegration

He said: “God gave us more than He gave any other country of the world. No country has what we have, But we, the men and some of the women in Nigeria politics messed everything up.
Yes, I don’t want to talk much. Man messed up God’s design for unequal greatness, for a super power amongst nation’s, but can the will of man dominate over the will of God, so be ready to receive a true Nigeria. But it is not over, Nigeria is not about to Disintegrate. But we have to go back in prayers to God for Him to restore His plans for the country”.

The late Mrs. Ezeife was the Anambra State First Lady from January, 1992 to November, 1993, when her husband was the state governor.

Speaking while recieving his visitors, Ezeife said he believed that the current challenges will not overwhelm Nigeria.

He however said that Nigerians will have to go back to God in prayers to restore His plan for the country, adding that the people should be ready for a new Nigeria.

The former Minister of Sports, Mr. Solomon Dalong in his condolence message eulogized the late Mrs. Ezeife describing her as a great pillar of strength to get husband.

“We mourn today our mother who left at a time her voice is more needed to console Nigeria which is facing a hard time. Remain the strong father you are and be assured that your efforts in building a great country remains an asset that every young man will continue to emulate.

“We thank you for your leadership and pray that God will continue to strengthen you. We assure you that Nigeria will be great, keep pushing on and we will take over from where you have left off”, he said.

On his part, the former National Chairman of the Inter Party Advisory Council (IPAC), High Chief Peter Ameh extolled the visionary qualities of Ezeife, saying that people like him are needed now to guide the younger ones on the right path to achieving the desired greatness for the country.
