The National Universities Commission (NUC) has given approval for the Federal University Dutse (FUD) to run academic programmes in Medicine and Surgery, and 18 other programmes in College of Medicine and five faculties of the University. The approval was contained in a letter dated April 14, 2022 addressed to the Vice-Chancellor and signed by the Executive Secretary, NUC, through the commission’s Director of Accreditation stating that the full accreditation is valid for the next five years.
