Lamido(jnr) felicitates with womenfolk on international Day for Rural women

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) gubernatorial candidate for Jigawa State, Mustapha Sule Lamido has felicitated with womenfolk on the special occasion of International day for rural women.
In a statement signed by Deputy director publicity PDP campaign directorate, Malam Umar Kyari Jitau, he said women constitute greater percentage of the population hence they needed to be given special attention and opportunity.
Lamido indicated that the day is dedicated to millions of women living in the rural areas.
According to him, based on his vision for Jigawa state he will declare a state of emergency against maternal mortality if elected.
“Free, timely and compulsory antenatal care will be made readily available and accessible to rural and urban women, with lots of opportunities for them if elected. He solicited for their votes come March 11th, 2023 adding that they will not regret voting for him.
He wished all of women Happy International day.
