The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Zamfara State under the leadership of Hon. Tukur Umar Danfulani has commended the judiciary for standing by the truth over falsehood in the nation’s nascent democracy.
The APC Publicity Secretary, Zamfara State, Yusuf Idris Gusau in a statement issued on Friday said the judgement at the state High Court, Gusau is an affirmation of the leadership of the APC under His Excellency, Mai-Mala Buni.
According to him, the Ruling religiously followed the provisions of the party’s constitution to do the right thing in fairness to all members.
“The selfish thinking of some yet to be verified members of the party who in pursuance of their dream challenged the party over the dissolution of Lawal M Liman by the APC National leadership was unceremoniously thrown to their confused faces for lack of merit.
“Their ignorance was in taking to the court what presiding Justice Aminu Bappa said is “a party affair” that shouldn’t have been brought to the court.
He said the thrashing out of the case, goes further to say that the nation’s judicial system still gives hope to the innocent, the rightful and the hopeless
