    By Friday Idachaba, Lokoja.

The Commissioner of Police, Kogi State Command, CP Miller Gajere Dantawaye, has reiterated the Command’s dedication to professionalism and the motivation of officers to enable them to serve with integrity, courage, and dedication.

Dantawaye made this known while decorating three senior officers recently promoted from Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP) to Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) at the Command Headquarters in Lokoja.

He stated that their promotion was a recognition of their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to service.

“The Kogi State Police Command remains steadfast in its mission to promote professionalism, reward excellence, and ensure that officers are motivated to serve with integrity, courage, and dedication. The promotion of these officers reflects the Nigeria Police Force’s commitment to recognizing and uplifting deserving personnel who demonstrate outstanding performance and leadership qualities,” he said.

The newly promoted officers include ACP Emmanuel Ojo, who is to assume office as Area Commander, Anyigba; ACP Peter Essien; and ACP Ali Anslem, AC Operations.

Dantawaye urged them to uphold the highest standards of policing as they take on new responsibilities in their respective capacities.

“I congratulate you on your well-deserved promotion,” he said, emphasizing that their elevation was a recognition of their hard work, discipline, and dedication to duty. He encouraged them to see their new rank as a call to greater responsibility, leadership, and service to the nation.

He further urged them to work with commitment and cooperate effectively with the Command’s Management Team to enhance security and maintain law and order in the state.

The CP also charged the officers to remain vigilant and lead by example, stressing that no distress situation should arise within their jurisdictions under their watch.

The decoration ceremony was attended by senior officers, family members, and well-wishers, who gathered to celebrate this significant career milestone.

Superb blog! Do you have any suggestions for aspiring writers? I’m hoping to start my own website soon but I’m a little lost on everything. Would you advise starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option? There are so many choices out there that I’m completely confused .. Any tips? Kudos!
