EndBadGovernance Protest: Gabaya commends Bwari residents for embracing peace

***Says he Feels Their Pains.

The Executive Chairman Of Bwari Area Councill, Hon (Dr) John Gabaya has commended youths and stakeholders across the Council for embracing peace and not taking to the part of violence in the last two days of nationwide protests.

A statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Agada Ernest Godwin indicated that Gabaya was elated with the peaceful disposition of the residents.

Gabaya said he feels their pains, as expressed delight in how they conducted themselves in the Council.

The Chairman particularly hailed the youths for heakening to the voice of reason and refusing to be lured into the protest which he said could truncate collective efforts towards bettering the plights of the people.

He expressed gratitude for the act of patriotism on the part of the youths as he considered it a great assurance of unwavering solidarity towards the collective actualisation of the laudable goals of the present administration.
He however promised never to take the honour for granted.

Gabaya reiterated his commitment and determination to continue to advance policies and programmes across sectors, that will have direct positive impact on the wellbeing of the entire people of the Council.

He also promised that the youths shall continue to enjoy significant position and pride of place in his administration.

“The youths, and indeed, all the residents are enjoined to continue to protect the peace and unity of Nigeria.
He extend solidarity to the Minister of Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Barrister Nyesom Wike and all the leaders of the country at all levels as they struggle together with patience, to navigate the nation back to the path of prosperity.

“My dear youths of Bwari Area Council, I thank you for the way and manner you organised yourselves.”

He assured that, with such understanding, the government would continue to execute more people-oriented policies and programmes to improve the lives of the people.

Finally the Chairman enjoined all well-meaning people in the Council to continue to be law-abiding, as he assured them that he will continue to protect the lives and property of the people.
