    Sallah: Echocho gives out food packs to constituents across party lines

    The Senator representing Kogi East Senatorial district Isah Jibrin (Echocho), on Thursday gave out truckloads of rice and rams to hundreds of vulnerable households irrespective of political leaning.
    Special adviser to the senator on Media Mikail Ibrahim in a statement indicated that the distribution of the food packs is intended to put smiles on the faces of his constituents, as well as to ensure they enjoy the Sallah festivity.

    The excited beneficiaries drawn from across party lines in the nine Local Government areas, came out to the venue in their numbers for the activity to take home their packages.

    The gesture is coming barely few months after the Senator distributed food packs to residents, particularly the vulnerables in the Senatorial district in commemoration of Easter, end of Ramandan and sallah celebrations.

    Echocho who is the Chairman, Senate Committee on Customs, Excise and Tariff, represented by Alhaji Danlami Garba, in his goodwill message, reiterated his commitment to t0 and interventions that 00 improve the wellbeing of his constituents, adding that he’s dedicated to responsive and equitable representation.

    He expressed the optimism that the long term gain of President Ahmed Bola Tinubu’s economic policy will soon earn desired results.

    He expressed gratitude to constituents in his Senatorial district for their patience and understandiing with the administration.
