By Friday Idachaba, Lokoja

The Deputy Speaker, in her separate addresses at the palaces of the Community Heads, chiefs of Ayeke and Eñweli, condemned the action taken by the youths of both waring communities.

She pleaded with the people of Ayeke and Eñweli to observe the curfew imposed on them due to the crisis as she prayed to God Almighty to allow peace to reign in Ibaji Local Government Area.
The Deputy Speaker also charged security agencies not to spare the rod in their rapid response to the crisis urging them to track the perpetrators down and bring them to justice.
Nwuchiola said recalled that Ayeke and Eñweli communities in Ibaji Local Government have over the years engaged in communal clashes over ownership of land but pledged that this time around, it would be resolved once and for all. (Ends)
