Kogi West Rebirth Forum Congratulates newly inaugurated Assembly members
The chairman of the Kogi West Rebirth Forum Comrade Aina Oladipo Michael has sent a message of congratulations to the members of the Kogi State Assembly on their election and inauguration
He called on all to be united in other to make positive impact for the good of the entire State
“I am writing to extend my heartfelt congratulations to each and every one of you on your successful election and swearing in to the esteemed Kogi State House of Assembly.
“Your victory is not only personal but also a testament to the trust and confidence that the people of Kogi State have placed in you to represent their interests.”
“As you embark on this new chapter of public service, I would like to emphasize the importance of unity, collaboration, and a shared vision for the betterment of Kogi State.
“The challenges ahead may be significant, but by working together as a cohesive unit, you have the power to make a lasting and positive impact on the lives of your constituents Comr. Aina adviced.
He indicated that the State is blessed with abundant resources, diverse communities, and a rich cultural heritage adding that it is a land of immense potential and possibilities.
“However, to harness this potential and overcome the various socio-economic and infrastructural challenges, it is imperative that you set aside personal and partisan differences and prioritize the greater good of the people you serve.
“Your role as elected representatives comes with great responsibility, as you are entrusted with the task of making laws, shaping policies, and advocating for the needs of the people.
“I urge you to approach your responsibilities with diligence, integrity, and a deep sense of service to the people of Kogi State.
“In the spirit of inclusiveness and transparency, I encourage you to actively engage with your constituents, listen to their concerns, and seek their input in decision-making processes.
“By so doing, you will not only strengthen the democratic fabric of Kogi State but also ensure that the aspirations and voices of the people are heard and addressed.
“Remember that progress is best achieved when diverse perspectives are embraced and differing ideas are respectfully debated.”
He reiterated the need for constructive dialogue and consensus-building, for it is through collective effort and collaboration that innovative solutions can be found for the challenges that lie ahead.
As they commence their tenure in the Kogi State House of Assembly, he wished them the wisdom, courage, and resilience.
“May you work diligently to fulfill the hopes and dreams of the people you represent, and may your collective efforts lead to a prosperous, inclusive, and vibrant Kogi State.
