    Jigawa pledges commitment to a working relationship with Niger Republic Zinder State

    Jigawa State has reiterated its commitment to a working relationship with Republic of Niger’s Zinder State.
    Governor Muhammad Badaru Abubakar of the State gave the indication during his two-day official visit to Zinder State in Niger Republic.
    A statement issued by his Special Adviser Media and Public Relations Habibu Nuhu Kila described the visit as historic and beneficial to the people of the two states explaining that the visit was aimed at improving security, trade and commerce as well as agriculture.
    He said that, the two neighboring states at a meeting in January this year in Dutse the Jigawa State Capital agreed to extensively find ways in solving security challenges, and fashioned out ways to create harmony for peaceful coexistence between them

    This he said is aimed at protecting lives and properties of the people as well as creating enabling environment for trade and agriculture, for easy business transaction among their people.
    Earlier Governor of Zinder State, Niger Republic, Alhaji Lauwali Madugu had applauded Jigawa State in its commitment to almost all the issues raised during the first meeting as he the hope that the success recorded will be beneficial to the people.
