Kano Emir visits Kingdom of Morocco
The Emir of Kano, Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero, has traveled on one week official visit to the Kingdom of Morocco at the instance of the invitation of King Mohammed VI.
A statement from the Palace indicated that during the visit, the royal father will undertake series of official engagements with the Moroccan Authorities, including meetings with members of the Business Community and religious leaders.
“His Highness and entourage will also visit several Moroccan major cities such as Marrakech, Casablanca, Rabat, Tangier and the holy city of Fes among others.
“The visit will culminate in a courtesy call on His Majesty, King Mohammed VI, by the Emir who is expected back in Nigeria early next week.”
Onn His Highness’s entourage are Alhaji Ahmed Ado Bayero, Sarkin Dawakin Tsakar Gida and the District Head of Kumbotso, Amb. Ahmed Umar, Dan Malikin Kano, Alhaji Ahmed Ibrahim Matawalle, Talban Kano, Alhaji Magaji Galadima, Kachallan Kano and a group of distinguished Businessmen from within and outside the Kano Chamber of Commerce Industry Mines and Agriculture-KACCIMA.
