Katsina State Governor, Dr. Dikko Umar Radda, has pledged strong support for Nigeria’s cultural revival, declaring his commitment to the Ministry of Art, Culture, Tourism and the Creative Economy’s bold initiatives under Minister Hannatu Musa Musawa.
During a high-profile visit to Minister of Art, Culture, Tourism and the Creative Economy, Barrister Hannatu Musa Musawa, in Abuja, Governor Radda pledged strategic support for the Ministry’s groundbreaking initiatives.
Radda praised her vision, saying, “Nigeria has rich cultural assets—we’re ready to help showcase them to the world.”
Speaking with a sense of pride and urgency, the Governor said, “Nigeria is bursting with cultural wealth, yet we have barely scratched the surface of its potential.
“Minister Musawa’s vision gives us hope—not just for preservation, but for transformation.”
Radda announced ongoing efforts in his state, including a N100 million restoration of the historic Gobarau Minaret and a N640 million revitalization of the Katsina National Museum. “These aren’t just structures—they are stories. They are legacies we owe our children,” he added.
