Kogi East: Jibrin Isah Echocho wins in a landslide victory to emerge APC senatorial candidate
The Senator representing Kogi East Senatorial District, Jibrin Isah Echocho has won the All Progressives Congress, APC, senatorial ticket for his second term bid.
Echocho polled 472 votes to beat his rival, Yahaya Audu, who got 6 votes. One vote was declared invalid.
Out of the three sebators from Kogi State senator Echocho is the last man standing
His other counterpart from Kogi West Smart Adeyemi lost woefully to Sunday Karimi a former House of reps member while senator Yakubu Oseni from Central did not contest
