PDP in Kogi Central picks Okino, Ogembe, Ogunmola others

The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has concluded primary elections into the House of Representatives and State House of Assembly positions in Kogi State State.
The party elected Saliu Salawu Ogembe as the candidate for Okene/Ogori-Magongo Federal constituency, Aloysius Adeiza Okino for Ajaokuta and Abdulmalik Abdulraheem Danga fir Adavi/Okehi

In the state House of Assembly primaries, Ovurevu Sheidu Abara emerged in Adavi, while Mohammed Haruna Ganaja emerged in Ajaokuta.
A former publicity secretary of the Kogi PDP, Prince Bode Ogunmola picked the ticket for Ogori-Magongo, while Onivehu Musa Siyaka emerged in Okehi for state assembly respectively.
Ajanaku Tijani Umar picked the ticket in Okene II state Constituency.

The party has scheduled the primary election for Senate aspirants on Tuesday.
Amongst the contenders for the Senate ticket in Kogi Central are Ahmed Ogembe, Natasha Akpoti Uduaghan, Abdulkareem Salihu, Muhammed Onimisi, Etudaye Muhammed and Mahmud Ademu Attah.
