2023: Fayemi promises to prioritize on Infrastructure, security

The Ekiti state governor and All Progressives Congress Presidential Aspirant, Dr. John Kayode Fayemi has promised to prioritize on Infrastructure and Agriculture in addition to tackling insecurity and unemployment among youths if elected as President.

Dr Fayemi who made the promise in Dutse, Jigawa state capital during consultation meeting with the state delegates, urged electorates to ensure that a credible Aspirant is voted as the presidential candidate of the party during the forthcoming general election.

The Aspirant who is the chairman Nigeria Governors forum explained that if voted in to power he would focus on Agriculture, economy, infrastructure and social development.

Fayemi also called on Nigerians to shun the politics of regions, saying, Nigeria’s president should be able to carry every Nigerian along, no matter their differences.

According him “as a security expert, he had the blueprint to end insecurity in the country within a very short period of time.

He said he had used his expertise to assist a number of African countries and beyond such as Sirilanka

Governor Muhammad Badaru Abubakar while responding said All Progressive Congress family will ensure Buharis ally emerges as the presidential flag bearer of the party to sustain his economic and development policies.

Others who spoke include the state APC chairman Alhaji Aminu Sani and Alhaji Lawan Shuaib campaign co-coordinator of Doctor Kayode Fayemi.
