APC ‘drama’ continues, as group purchases nomination forms for Jonathan

After months of clandestine consultations former president, Goodluck Jonathan has finally joined the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential race.
A group of supporters Monday paid for the expression of interest and nomination forms of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for him to contest the party’s 2023 presidential ticket.
The supporters who were said to be of Fulani extraction and Almajiris were led by one Ibrahim Abdullahi eventually picked the expression of interest and nomination forms for the former President around 6:30 pm.

The two forms sell for N100 million.

About 27 aspirants are already in the race to slug it out for the party’s presidential ticket at its special primary convention scheduled to hold from May 30 to June 2.

The party’s nomination process has been turned into a drama or commedy of sort as almost every other aspirant who purchased the forms claim to have been persuaded to run by groups that pulled resources together to amass the whooping N100m price for their forms.
