***Expresses determination to transform Taraba
Frontline Governorship contender in Taraba state, Senator Anthony George Manzo has purchased the expression of interest and nomination forms for the All Progressive Congress (APC) for the 2023 Governorship seat.
Sen Manzo purchased the forms at the APC national secretariat in Abuja on Friday.
Displaying the forms before newsmen, Senator Manzo said he is adequately prepared to transform Taraba for the benefit of the citizenry if given the mandate.
He said the state is endowed with largely untapped abundant natural resources that needs to be harnessed for the economic transformation of the state.
Sen Manzo stated: “I have along with my team of development experts designed an economic blue print that we shall implement to transform the economy and make the state among the fifth viable states in the country”
He craved for fairness, equity and justice in the forthcoming party primaries and the subsequent elections in the state and the country at large.
In the forthcoming election in Taraba state, Senator Manzo pointed out that” the odds Favours me whether in terms of academic or professional qualifications, experience or even on the issue of zoning or rotation of plum political positions in the state”.
