    2023 Jigawa Guber: PDP in Jigawa clears Lamido, Adamu, Hadejia

    The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Jigawa State has cleared three gubernatorial, three senatorial aspirants, 15 Reps aspirants and 30 House of Assembly hopefuls.

    The Chairman of the party in the State Babandi Gumel hinted while briefing newsmen in Dutse, on Wednesday.
    He listed the cleared gubernatorial aspirants to include Alh. Mustapha Lamido, Alh. Bashir Adamu, and Alh. Sale Hadejia.

    Fifteen aspirants are gunning for 11 House of Representatives positions while 30 aspirants are for the House of Assembly.

    Gumel inducated that all the aspirants were screened at the party’s secretariat in Dutse as all sailed through with no disqualification any aspirant

    According to him, the gubernatorial aspirants were screened at Wadata House, Abuja.

    According to him, the clearance of the aspirants was after the screening of over 50 who earlier purchased nomination forms of the party.
