    Eto’o beats CAF’s VP to clinch Presidency of Cameroon FA

    Cameroon Football Association ( FECAFOOT) has elected ex- international footballer, Samuel Eto’o as it’s new president after defeating the fourth vice President at the Confederation of African Football (CAF) Seidou Mbombo Njoya.

    The election took place in Yaounde, the nation’s capital on Saturday

    Eto is a fourth-time winner of the Coveted African Footballer of the year award.

    His tenure as President of FECAFOOT is for the next four years.
