An auto crash that happened on Sunday morning along Obajana-Oshokoshoko-Lokoja road has claimed the lives of six persons The FRSC in Kogi State said the accident involved two vehicles, a commercial Toyota Haice with registration number KTN04YX and a DAF truck with registration number QAB 961 XA. 31 travellers were involved in the accident that took place at about 6am in the morning which left 17 people injured, while 6 persons were confirmed dead. 8 persons survived with no injuries.According to the FRSC Command in the State one of the vehicle lost of control, leading to the accident.Rescue operation was…

U.S. President Joseph Biden on Tuesday issued a new proclamation revoking the Omicron travel ban he endorsed in a previous proclamation on November 26. Tuesday the President will lift the ban this week on travel from South Africa and other countries in the region, imposed due to fear of the Omicron Covid-19 variant. “The travel restrictions… are no longer necessary to protect the public health” and will end on Friday, Biden said in the proclamation. President Muhammadu Buhari, is set to sign into law the 2022 budget on Friday, December 31, 2021.The 2022 Appropriation Bill passed by the upper and the Lower legislative chambers on Tuesday and Wednesday, respectively have been transmitted to Buhari who has acknowledged the receipt of the document.
