Aide to the Governor of Jigawa State on Health Monitoring in Gwaram LGA, Ayuba Muhammad, has praised Governor Umar Namadi for what he described as impactful and compassionate leadership during the Ramadan season.
In a Sallah message released in Dutse, Muhammad congratulated the governor, his family, and Muslim faithful on the successful completion of Ramadan, urging them to sustain the virtues of the holy month as they celebrate Eid al-Fitr.
Ramadan Programme Earns Commendation
He highlighted the state’s large-scale Ramadan feeding initiative, noting that millions of vulnerable residents benefitted from the programme, alongside civil servants, women groups, and Almajirai across various communities.
According to him, the intervention reflects a leadership style rooted in empathy, inclusiveness, and commitment to social welfare.
Muhammad said the governor’s policies have continued to resonate with the people at the grassroots, strengthening trust in government and reinforcing participatory governance.
He reaffirmed his loyalty and dedication to supporting the administration’s vision, particularly in improving healthcare monitoring and service delivery at the local level.
Describing Eid as more than a festive period, the aide urged Muslims to carry forward the lessons of Ramadan—discipline, generosity, and compassion—into their daily lives.
He also commended religious leaders for fostering unity and moral guidance during the fasting period, encouraging them to sustain their efforts.
Muhammad advised residents to maintain hygiene practices during and after the celebrations, while also calling for vigilance and cooperation with security agencies to preserve peace.
He concluded with prayers for continued harmony, good health, and prosperity, expressing hope that the spirit of Ramadan would continue to guide individuals and communities alike.
