President of the Senate, Senator Godswill Akpabio, has congratulated the Super Eagles of Nigeria on their bronze medal finish at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Morocco, describing the achievement as a moment of pride that reflects the nation’s fighting spirit.
In a congratulatory message signed by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Hon. Eseme Eyiboh, Akpabio commended the team’s resilience and character, highlighting their victory over Egypt in the third-place match as a display of discipline, skill and determination.
