Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo, on Saturday paid a condolence visit to his Kogi State counterpart, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, following the passing of his father, Alhaji Ahmed Momohsani Ododo.
Governor Okpebholo, who described the loss of a parent as one of life’s deepest sorrows, prayed Almighty Allah to grant the deceased Al-Jannah Firdaus and to comfort the Ododo family in this period of grief.
He urged Governor Ododo to take solace in the noble legacies left behind by his late father — a life marked by faith, discipline, service, and devotion to family and community.
“May his memories remain a blessing, and his legacies continue to inspire generations to come,” Okpebholo stated.
