Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), Yakubu A. H. Ruba, has commiserated with the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, over the passing of his mother, Madam Lydia Toba Yilwatda.
The special assistant on Media affairs to the legal Luminary, Aliyu Sa’ id Ibrahim in a statement described the death of the octogenarian as a “sad loss” to both the family and the APC.
Ruba said her wise counsel would be greatly missed, especially at a time the chairman needs all encouragement to steer the affairs of the party.
He prayed for God to grant the Yilwatda family the fortitude to bear the loss and assured the APC chairman of the support and cooperation of the people of Jigawa State for a successful tenure.
