    Musawa Hails Tinubu’s Legacy in Nigeria’s Creative Economy on His 73rd Birthday

    The Federal Minister of Arts, Culture, Tourism, and Creative Economy, Hannatu Musa Musawa, has praised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s transformative impact on Nigeria’s creative sector as he marks his 73rd birthday on Saturday, March 29, 2025.
    Musawa described President Tinubu as a visionary leader whose administration has championed policies that have revitalized Nigeria’s cultural heritage, arts, and creative industries. She acknowledged his instrumental role in establishing the Ministry of Arts, Culture, Tourism, and Creative Economy, a move she called a “game-changer” for Nigeria’s creative landscape.
    Special adviser on media and publicity, Dr. Nneka Ikem Anibeze in a statement quoted the minister to have said,
    “As the Minister, I am honored to recognize President Tinubu’s unwavering commitment to the creative economy. His leadership has fostered an environment where artistic expression, cultural heritage, and innovation can thrive,” Musawa stated.
    She highlighted the administration’s strides in implementing programs and initiatives that have positioned Nigeria’s creative sector on the global stage. From supporting filmmakers and artists to investing in tourism and cultural preservation, Musawa noted that Tinubu’s government has laid a foundation for sustainable growth in the industry.
    “As we celebrate this special day, we salute his leadership, vision, and dedication to Nigeria’s creative sector. We wish him continued wisdom, good health, and prosperity,” she added.
    The minister reaffirmed her ministry’s commitment to building on the president’s legacy, ensuring that the arts and tourism sectors remain integral to Nigeria’s economic development.
