The Coalition of Young People for Good Leadership has nominated Dr. Bright Enabulele, former gubernatorial candidate of the Accord Party(AP) in Edo State, for a national honor.
The group announced the recognition at a press conference in Abuja, highlighting Enabulele’s remarkable dedication to humanitarian and national development efforts.
Adebayo Omoba, vice chairman of the coalition, praised Enabulele’s contributions to social welfare, saying, “Dr. Enabulele has undeniably cemented his status as a household name within the global Black communities through his dedication to human rights and national growth.”
He explained that Dr. Enabulele’s philanthropic contributions are well-documented, especially his efforts to provide clean water in Edo communities through borehole projects.
Omoba also noted Enabulele’s recent act of charity during the 2024 Edo gubernatorial campaign, where he distributed food supplies to around 300 residents in Mpape, FCT, underscoring his commitment to fighting poverty and hunger.
Speaking on the importance of citizen-driven change, Enabulele remarked, “Beyond politics, we must prioritize humanity. The government alone cannot do everything, so we must contribute our share to reduce hunger and poverty in our land. When a person is hungry, they can’t think properly. I’m here to do my part to help make Nigeria better.”
Enabulele is celebrated not only as an expert in industrial management and a licensed private sector leader but also as a certified human rights consultant, making him a well-rounded and impactful figure in both the humanitarian and political spheres.
