YCSCD Commends Jigawa State Government on 33rd Anniversary
The Youth and Civil Society Coalition For Development (YCSCD) has sent a message of congratulations to the government and people of Jigawa State on the occasion of the state’s 33rd anniversary.
In a press statement, issued by the National President Comrade Aminu Aminu, the coalition praised the transformative strides made by the administration of Governor Malam Umar Namadi over the past year, particularly in the areas of youth empowerment, education, economic growth, and inclusive governance.
Comrade Aminu highlighted key achievements, including initiatives for youth and student development, teachers’ recruitment and training, economic empowerment programs, transparent selection of local government chairmen, and youth participation in governance.
“We pray for continued peace, stability, and economic growth in Jigawa State, May the state continue to thrive and prosper under the current administration.”
The coalition’s commendation came as Jigawa State marked 33 years of its creation, with the YCSCD acknowledging the governor’s commitment to the welfare and development of the state’s youth and people.
