Following the harrowing hardship affecting his constituents in recent times, the Senator representing Kogi East, Isah Jibrin Echocho has embarked on a series of interventions to empower the youths.

The senator was in Omala Local Government Area on Thursday where he launched a 4-day training program in collaboration with the National Productivity Centre and Danfulani Ideas Limited.

Speaking through his Senior Legislative Aide, Danlami Garba, Echocho indicated that the training program is designed to equip the youths with viable business strategies, capacity building, and empowerment tools.
He said it is part of his efforts to mitigate the economic crunch in Nigeria.
Beneficiaries of the intervention expressed their gratitude, praising the senator for his unwavering commitment to their well-being.
Senator Echocho also pledged to sustain the drive by ensuring that all local governments in Kogi East benefit from the initiative. He urged those yet to benefit to remain patient, assuring them that the intervention would soon reach them.

This latest initiative follows the first phase of the scheme, which saw over 200 constituents benefit in Dekina Local Government Area last month. Senator Echocho’s dedication to his constituents’ economic empowerment is a beacon of hope amidst the country’s economic challenges.
