Gabaya greets Muslims at Eid-El-Kabir, urges citizens to promote peace, love, unity
The Executive Chairman of Bwari Area Council, Hon (Dr) John Gabaya, has sent out message of felicitations to Nigerian Muslims on the occasion of the 2024 Eid-el-Kabir celebration, urging citizens to imbibe virtues of peace, love and unity.
In a Sallah message, (Dr) Gabaya said “Eid-el-Kabir is a Season of love, peace, friendship and sacrifice urging Bwari People and Nigerians at large to make the necessary sacrifices for a better future, acknowledging the challenges posed by the current economic reforms.
Chief Press Secretary to the Executive Chairman Bwari Area Council Abuja in a statement quoted the chairman to have reiterated the position that the values of tolerance, sacrifice and love for Allah and fellow human beings are more relevant in the nation and the world today than ever befor.
According to him, everyone will have a stake in a peaceful and prosperous society where they can live, earn their livelihoods, worship their creator in different ways and realize the reason for their existence.
The Chairman also called for prayers for those performing the Holy Pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia, expressing hope for their safe return. “I hope and pray that Almighty God will reward their acts of worship and grant them journey mercies as they return home at the end of the pilgrimage “. He stated

(Dr) Gabaya also extended his congratulations to Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister, Barrister Nyesom Wike on the occasion of this year’s Eid-el-Kabir celebration, praying for divine wisdom and strength for the Honourable Minister to fulfil his promises.
