***List found its way in to the Social Media due to unauthorized leaks

A list of 30 nominees for Commissionership position penciled down by Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago of Niger State on Thursday flowed in to the public domain even before it was transmitted to the house of assembly due to unauthorized leaks
Following the leakage the assembly summoned an emergency executive session after the house had adjourned the day’s sitting- the last for the week.
The emergency sitting started at 5.41pm in the absence of some of the legislators.
Most of the members who spoke on condition of anonymity described the leakage of the list before getting to the house as against parliamentary procedures.
The list it was gathered contained the names of 6 Women, one of which is Elizabeth Saba a former chairperson of local government during the administration of late Governor Abdulkhadir Kure.
Also on the list is the daughter of late Senator Dr Idris Kuta- Hadiza Kuta.
Other women on the list are Fatima Adamu, Hajia Titi Auta, Binta Mamman and Hadiza Mohammed.
The list was read to the house by the Speaker Alhaji Abdulmalik Sarkindaji where it was agreed that debate on it should be suspended till the next legislative day.
The speaker also read a letter from the Governor requesting for 10 additional Special Advisers. Debate on it was also set aside till the next legislative day
