Foundation urges Christians to practice the art of giving to help the less privileged

A Non Governmental organization ” Chris Igbokwe Foundation” has called on Christians to practice the life of giving as it is the only way to receive.

The initiator of the Foundation, Chris Igbokwe made the call while presenting gifts and food items to members of the Help from Above Healing and Deliverance Ministry Worldwide as the foundation celebrated God for his faithfulness in Abuja.

Igbokwe reiterated that the foundation was established to cater for the needy both locally and internationally.

“This foundation has helped so many people, we have paid the house rent of more than 30 persons in the last sixty days” he added.

“Today we are sharing palliatives, we support people with money, we pay hospital bills, this is what God said we should do in this ministry, that is keeping people happy and smiling.”

During his ministration, the General Overseer of the Help From Above Healing and Deliverance Ministry Worldwide, Pastor Godwin Ube urged well meaning and wealthy individuals, Nigerians in government and the private sector to assist in alleviating the plight of the less privileged.

Also the wife of the General Overseer, Mrs Celestina Ube alongside the wife of the founder, Mrs Benedicta Igbokwe adviced people who are in position to imbibe the spirit of giving for it is profitable.

Some of the beneficiaries expressed joy and satisfaction for the guesture that has touched their lives.
