An Ondo High Court has delivered judgemwnt over the gruesome murder of Pa Reuben Fasoranti daughter, Olufunke Olakuri as it has sentenced her killers to death by hanging.
Friday’s Court proceeding in the criminal trial of the arsonists indicated that they were guilty as charged for killing the daughter of Afenifere leader, Pa Reuben Fasoranti.
The presiding Judge, Justice William Olamide of an Ondo High Court sitting in Akure found the three killers guilty as he sentenced them accordingly.
However, the fourth suspect, Auwala Abubakar who is the Spokesman for the Miyetti Allah, a Fulani Socio-Cultural group was discharged and acquitted.
Olufunke was gunned down in June 2019 by gunmen in Ore, Odigbo Local Government Area of Ondo State and was buried few days after.
