The Brotherhood of the Cross and Star (BCS) has called on Nigerians and their leaders to adopt servant leadership, purity, love, and the fear of God as a way to address the nation’s challenges.
Speaking at a press conference in Lokoja on Thursday, Archbishop Emmanuel Ekuri, Deputy Spokesman of the BCS, emphasized that the solution to Nigeria’s and global crises lies in embracing the divine teachings of Leader Olumba Olumba Obu, the Sole Spiritual Head of the Universe and Founder of the BCS.
Archbishop Ekuri stated that humanity continues to face conflicts, natural disasters, and incurable diseases because of its disregard for divine principles. He stressed that Leader Olumba Olumba Obu’s teachings, encapsulated in His Everlasting Gospels, hold the answers to the issues plaguing mankind.
“Except leaders of the world embrace the divine precepts of Brotherhood and the Fatherhood of God, mankind will continue to dwell in spiritual darkness,” Archbishop Ekuri said.
He noted that global issues such as ethnic, religious, and political wars, alongside natural disasters, have resulted in unprecedented loss of lives and destruction. According to him, the BCS promotes love, peace, and spiritual enlightenment, making it the ideal solution for restoring humanity’s spiritual, moral, and social balance.
The press conference was part of activities marking the 2024 celebration of the divine manifestation of Leader Olumba Olumba Obu. The two-week celebration, from December 19 to 31, includes public lectures, humanitarian activities, merit awards, prayers for global peace, and a crossover night.
Archbishop Ekuri urged Nigerians and leaders to embrace the teachings of Olumba Olumba Obu and seek divine intervention for lasting peace and progress in the nation.
