RECTOR of Kogi State Polytechnic, Prof. Salisu Ogbo Usman, has in a heartwarming congratulatory message, praised the Supreme Court’s reaffirmation of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo’s mandate, describing it as a “well-deserved victory.”

Prof. Usman, in the congratulatory message he personally signed and made available to newsmen, congratulated the governor on behalf of the polytechnic’s management, staff and students.

He commended the governor’s impressive performance and expressed confidence in his ability to transform the state with the “needless distractions” squelched by the Supreme Court judgement.

“This victory is seen as a testament to the governor’s popularity and a seal of approval from the judiciary, following previous affirmations by the electoral petition tribunal and appeal court.

The polytechnic community is optimistic about the future of Kogi State under Governor Ododo’s leadership, praying for divine guidance and protection as he works towards unprecedented transformation.

“Your Excellency, the Supreme Court’s pronouncement is not only an affirmation of the popular choice of the people of Kogi State as freely expressed on 11th November, 2023.

“It is also a final seal on the affirmation of your mandate as unanimously declared by the Electoral Petition Tribunal and the Appeal Court.

“With the needless distractions over, we are much confident that your impressive performance within the short period as attested to in all the nooks and crannies of the State, will even translate into a more historic and unprecedented transformation of our dear State.

The polytechnic community is optimistic about the future of Kogi State under Governor Ododo’s leadership, praying for divine guidance and protection as he works towards unprecedented transformation.

“We pray that God in His infinite mercy will continue to guide and protect you as you work tirelessly to provide good governance for the State.
