An Isoko Youth Leader in Delta State Comrade Julius Ogeh Othuke has commended Chairman Steering Committee of the Integrated Market Revenue Management Systems, Ambassador Olakunle Moses Johnson on his nationwide project on empowerment and wealth creation for Nigerians across the 774 local government areas.

Othuke who gave the commendation when he paid a solidarity visit to Ambassador Johnson in Abuja expressed confidence in the project anchored on the platform of Market Traders Association of Nigeria.
He said the project has attracted over four thousand non governmental organisations and associations in which the Federal Inland Revenue Service and Joint Tax Board signed Memorandum of Understanding to ensure the Informal Sector of more than a hundred million interface with Government at all levels.

Ambassador Olakunle on his part
Said the process “begins with enumeration, accreditation the generation of data of elligible Nigerians upon which an account is opened through the commercial banks.
“When fully automated, the registrant is given a card which attract incentives and palliatives whenever government intends to reach out during emergencies”.

Olakunle however listed some of the benefits to include “access to investment loans and grants, pension, free health care for every registrant and also scholarship to undergraduate students through soft loans repayable upon completion of their education.
“This is possible because most agencies are already on the platform as partners and are ready to make business easy for every trader with full support especially now that the government is looking for ways to improve ease of doing business”.

He also pointed out that the era of agitation, insecuroty and banditary shall cease because a busy hand will never go into acts of criminality.

The excited Youth Leader Comrade Ogeh assured of his support in mobilizing the youths in Delta State promising to serve in any capacity for the Integrated Market Revenue Management Systems project by taking the message to his community to ensure that the youths and women take advantage of the opportunity to create employment for themselves.

“We have a governor that is passionate about the people working to ensure the youths get proper education and develop skills that will make them self reliant.
“Our traditional institutions are equally complementing the government by providing effective leadership which has led to continous peace, infrastructure development and good governance in the state.
“No doubt when the project managers and agents arrive Delta State I am very sure they will be accorded warm reception”.
